I am very careful with what Marie eats. Sugar is not part of her diet. I maintain a diet of fruits and vegetables. I know she won’t ever refuse a banana, even when she throws her worst tantrum. So bananas are a must-have.

You certainly don’t want to feed your baby with fast food, so be ready and bring finger foods, like apples and pears and a pack of nuts or handmade oatmeal cookies and lots of water. I always include some organic baby pouches, as it’s hard to keep vegetables good during road trips and this will help me to maintain her diet. It works wonderfully when traveling with a baby!

4. A Little TIP Very Useful:

A little secret I use when traveling to keep my baby stress-free is Chamomile tea. It helps her to relax and sleep well and my baby loves it. I usually mix it with almond milk. It’s important to remember to make sure that your baby is not allergic to that tea. So, give them a little portion of it days before your trip and watch for any reaction. Honestly, I doubt it will happen but, you know “better safe than sorry”
