This is a very quick recipe that brings me so many childhood memories as it was the official dessert during Sunday family gathering. I am excited to try it myself this coming weekend. I wasn’t sure on making any extra dishes for the Christmas dinner but, I think a every good delicious dinner has to be finished with an equally delicious dessert. Don’t you agree?

Chocolate & Coconut Pudding Christmas Dessert

I would rather not spend too much time on preparing food for a family of 2 and a half  ( 2 adults and one toddler). I’d rather spend my holiday enjoying the company of my husband, which is rarely at home because of work and that’s why I decided to make just a very quick Christmas dessert recipe, chocolate mousse with coconut custard pudding. Can you think of any more delicious way to finish your Christmas Dinner? This is for sure a perfect combination!

Chocolate & Coconut Pudding Christmas Dessert Recipe

  • 3 eggs
  • 7 oz  chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 can Nestle® Media Crema Table Cream
  • Stir the egg yolks until they double in volume
  • Add sugar and continue stirring
  • Melt the chocolate and add to the egg yolk
  • Add the Nestle® Media Crema Table Cream, always stirring
  • Finally, add the egg whites mixing quickly. Use a mixer
  • Refrigerate

White Custard Pudding

Ingredients for the custard

  • 16 oz of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar


  • Dissolve the cornstarch in the cold milk, and then add the coconut milk, condensed milk and sugar. Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and begins to boil.
  • Simmer for three minutes.
    Put the first layer of chocolate mousse and a second layer of white custard pudding on top of it in a bowl.
  • Let refrigerate for three hours.


  • Decorate with strawberries and a strawberry jelly as for a third layer.
